Testimonials
When I began practicing yoga with Teresa, I knew that I had found a yoga 'home'. Even as a beginner, I felt welcomed and supported in her classes. With her gentle guidance and encouragement I have learned new methods of self-exploration through both yoga poses/asanas and breath work/pranayama. With each class I experience more of her profound knowledge of yoga and its science. I always look forward to practicing with Teresa and through her I have come to understand that yoga is essential to my life's journey.

I can't say enough about how amazing this program is. I knew I wanted to learn to be a yoga teacher, but I didn't know how much my life would transform as a result of the program. Now that I've graduated and am teaching regularly I have a source of joy in my life that I didn't know I was looking for.

Tomorrow will mark two years that I have been in recovery for my eating disorder and disordered eating. I was just reflecting on how happy I am in my body and the absolute joy and freedom that I have when eating which I never thought I'd have again. If you had told me two years ago that I could get through a pregnancy with very little triggering and without relapsing, I would have told you your were crazy.
Soooooo much of this joy and freedom and continued recovery is do to Story Yoga and the people I have met through joining the Story Yoga community.
Just wanted to say thank you so much, I'm so grateful to you for taking my into the training and truly changing my life. What you do matters so much!!
