Teresa Wynne, E-RYT

Founder, Director

Teresa is the founder and director of Story Yoga Inc.  The idea was born from a desire to provide options for people who felt they did not have any.  Her hope is that Story Yoga empowers participants through education.  The teacher training is an opportunity for yoga practitioners to connect with community, learn transferable life skills, and support one another on their own unique journey.  Story yoga is based on the vision that people can heal, learn, and create while building professional skills.

Teresa is the lead trainer of the teacher training program. Her teaching style is down-to-earth, challenging, yet accessible.  Teresa realizes 200 hours would never be enough to scratch the surface of what yoga has to offer, but her hope is to provide the foundation for life-long learning and curiosity.

Robin Zabiegalski, RYT

Virtual Studio Teacher

Robin is a graduate of Story Yoga’s teacher training program and they are a RYS-200 certified yoga teacher and a member of the Yoga Alliance.

Robin believes in approaching yoga with gentleness and compassion. In their classes you are always welcome to engage in YOUR practice. Their goal is to guide you through a practice that allows you to discover how poses feel in your body and how you can adjust the pose to feel the best in your body. We’ll link movement and breath, flowing through poses at a comfortable pace - not too fast or too slow.

Robin has had an on again off again relationship with yoga for over 13 years. In the past few years they've come back to yoga with a new perspective, embracing yoga as a holistic practice rather than an exercise or movement program. They believe that practicing yoga can open new doors - physically, mentally, and emotionally - for anyone and everyone.

Robin identifies as a person in recovery from both an eating disorder and addiction, and their yoga practice has been an essential part of their recovery and wellbeing.

Krista Marzewski, E-RYT500

Virtual Studio teacher, Y12SR leader, Community Yoga teacher

YOGA was the wind beneath Krista’s sails, enabling her to find the missing pieces in her life. She learned to love herself again, embrace life, and dream. Completing her 200-YTT with Story Yoga, she learned to simply, breathe. As a person affected by trauma in recovery, yoga taught her to reconnect herself physically, mentally, and spiritually. Krista is passionate about sharing the gifts of the practice with you.  She believes in making yoga accessible for everyBODY!

With over 30 years of experience teaching, she brings her passion for teaching to her students and yoga mat.  Krista is continually furthering her education and growing her offerings through “Yoga with Krista”.  Krista’s classes offer slow, introspective postures, connecting breath to movement sprinkled with laughter and smiles in hopes you leave her class filled with a new awareness. Krista specializes in Trauma-Informed yoga and is also a certified Y12SR leader.  Y12SR combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with the practical tools of the 12-Steps. One of the Y12SR founding principles is that “our issues live in our tissues” – in her classes, Krista pairs an inspiring theme with a grounded flow class to explore this concept.

Meredyth Kattelle, RYT

Virtual Studio Teacher

Meredyth is a graduate of Story Yoga's 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and a member of the Yoga Alliance.  She is also a Registered Nurse, and Mama to two incredible little boys.

Meredyth fell in love with yoga in 2006 when she took her first class for a college PE credit.  As someone in recovery from substance abuse and disordered eating, she has found yoga to be tremendously grounding and spiritually fulfilling. After two major orthopedic surgeries in 2019, the Story Yoga community helped her find movement again.  It became clear that this practice was to be an essential part of her physical healing and wellbeing.  With a renewed and deepened relationship to yoga, Meredyth joined the 2021 YTT class.

Her teaching philosophy is a bit of everything she's taken from her favorite instructors: compassion, acceptance, introspection, individuality, and a desire to help people access yoga in a way works for them
