We’ll be offering two outdoor yoga classes a week! (weather permitting). If it's raining class will be held online via zoom.
In order to participate you must pre-register via mindbody AND fill out a health screen questionnaire. You can register for class by clicking the class schedule button below.
The questionnaire is a google form. The link to the form can be found below.
It will also be included in your reservation email. When you sign up through Mindbody make sure that you are opted-in to receiving emails from us. This ensures you get your needed zoom links for online classes, and the health questionnaire for outdoor classes!
Masks are encouraged when you are coming to or leaving the class. You do not need to wear a mask while on your mat.
Please note: You may not participate in class if these steps are not taken. You will have to register and fill out the health screen for each outdoor class you take. Thank you in advance.

As we enter into our world's new normal, it is important that we take time out of our weeks to connect with nature and breathe fresh air. Kaitlyn and Valerie invite you to join them for Story Yoga's first outdoor yoga class! This will be an hour long flow class that will help to get us out of our houses and ground down through the Earth. Please bring your own mat and props, and get ready for some outdoor connection!
